Fed up of Spam links / comments in Blogger? 1 line trick to feel at ease

You guys must have noticed every third newbie blogger thinks that he can get so many backlinks by typing some spammy comments on other blogs. Instead of concentrating on your next article / post you will start worrying about deleting those tons of spam comments. Its becoming a trend these days. I myself am fed-up of receiving spam comments with 10-12 spammy links in it.

How to Hide / Remove spam links from your blog's comment form:

No one wakes up excited to see more spam comment links, no one goes to sleep thinking about the spam links they'll see tomorrow. We know people go to sleep excited about who they chatted with that day (and disappointed about who they didn't). Haha!
Comment spammers should know that blogger comment form is nofollow by default. Its a one line CSS code, there is no rocket science behind applying this trick. After applying this one line step you can say bye bye to spammers.

Adding CSS code to remove spam links from your blog:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Template > Edit HTML > Expand Widget Templates.
  2. Now search for
  3. Copy and Paste below CSS code before it.
  4. Now save your template.
/* Hiding comments */ .comment-content a { display: none; }
